Refund and Withdrawal Policy

Right of withdrawal
For consumers who have a legal right of withdrawal, it may be exercised within the period set by the applicable law.
If the customer requests immediate access to the service during this period, the part of the service already provided may be taken into account when calculating the refund.
To request a withdrawal:
Please state:
- name;
- e-mail address used for the order;
- order number.
Refunds
A refund may in particular be granted in the event of:
- a payment made twice;
- a payment charged without the service being activated;
- a significant technical problem durably preventing access;
- a legal obligation to refund.
After the applicable legal period has expired, a refund is not automatic.
Each request is reviewed individually.
A confirmed refund is made, where possible, to the payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds never alter the consumer’s legal rights.
